ORDER

How do I order a Cronus Art Watch?

Simply add the Watch you want to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, fill in your personal information, and enter your payment details.

How can I track my order?

What payment methods do you offer?

Credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay which is processed via Stripe Inc., or PayPal are accepted.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Is Checkout here on this site safe and secure?

Yes, we do not store any of your credit card data on our site. The security is handled by Stripe and Paypal which are leading providers in online payment.You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe, secure, and encripted.

 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouses & factories relocated in Hong Kong.

Where do you ship to?

We provide express shipping all over the world.

When will my order be shipped?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3:00 pm UTC+1 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3:00 pm UTC+1 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Saturday.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched in 1-2 business days. 

It depends on where you are located. Orders processed in Europe, US and Arab Gulf's countries will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL Express, UPS and FedEx and UAE Special line for international orders. 

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

Additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for these additional costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery. Shipping and duties are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs to request more informations.

 

RETURN & REFUND

Refunds or exchanges for damaged watch(es) ?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you upon receipt of the goods.

Exchanges

In case you wish to exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order, you may do so provided the product is in perfect condition with all its original packaging and components. You can exchange it for another product of equal, higher, or lower value. Our dedicated Customer Service team will be delighted to assist you in handling any price differences that may arise during the exchange process.

 

Who will pay the return costs?

For refund or exchange requests due to a damaged product, we will cover the shipping return costs.

How can I return my Watch?

If you wish to return your genuinely defective or damaged, please do so within 14 days by following the steps below:

1. Contact our team to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please use the contact page. Our team will provide you with the exact address to which the product should be sent.

2. Package all the items you wish to return, ideally in the original provided package.

3. Once the package is ready, arrange for a pickup with a carrier of your choice. It is highly recommended to choose a carrier that can provide a tracking number for your order and package.

4. Provide us with the tracking number as soon as possible.

Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund, and a notification email will be sent to you.

WARRANTY

Is a warranty provided?

Cronus Art has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 2 years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. If the watch parts or mechanics do not work properly, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you purchased via another authorized retailer, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

 

How do I send my Watch for repair?

Please email us at contact@cronusartwatches.com to obtain the correct return address.

Make sure you label your shipment as a "Watch repair" or "Watch service", so no taxes and duties are charged. We can’t accept a shipment that is not declared correctly, as we would wrongfully incur taxes and duties.
